Our highly experienced management team utilise their wealth of industry knowledge to advise our clients on all aspects of the claims process and tailor our services to meet the individual needs of all those we work with.My role is a Senior Management position, responsible for curating and managing the network of repairers across the UK, as well as the strategic management and supply of our fleet of replacement dual control and taxi/chauffeur vehicles.

- Development through self generated leads and subsequent account management of a quality network of bodyshops across England, Scotland & Wales. - Supplying repairs and ensuring bodyshops adhere to SLA's in place.- Working on a reciprocal basis to generate non-fault claims for credit repair, credit hire and personal injury. - Creation and strategic management of a fleet of 250 dual control cars across 80 bodyshops.- Selling bespoke vehicle lease packages.- Management & implementation of vehicle inspection and audit programme across the bodyshop fleet.

- Managing a diverse team of 12 employees- Account management of the regions largest accounts- Generating new business- Responsible for overseeing claims handling, billing and collection process- Training own team and branch managers to maximise profitability & increase revenue from existing accounts
