New Productivity Ag, LLC is developing innovative solutions in food and in production agriculture. Our Soup Fixin's product will improve nutritional options for our elderly. Our pasture measurement tools and our mobile grazing station will help improve productivity of our grass-based meat producers.Ntangl Education is developing serious (but fun) educational table top and digital games to markedly improve generalizable critical thinking skills. Our first game was a finalist for the 2018 Reimagine Education awards for workforce development. We are developing a portfolio of game types to match various ages, gaming preferences and skill levels. We have been fortunate to collaborate with statewide and national youth development organizations to develop and begin testing of our games. Ntangl is a semifinalist in the Education Division of Minnesota Cup in 2020.Awear Technologies is developing and testing a unique wearable to help kids pay attention when they don't want to. Our safe effective wearable gives kids immediate feedback on their level of attention helping them to realize when their mind has wandered. This safe real-time feedback gives them the awareness and confidence to control their impulses and focus on listening, reading or studying.Awear won the ACT prize in Milken-Penn EdTech competition in 2017, and a 2014 Tekne for Innovation in Education Technology. We were a semifinalist in the Minnesota Cup competition in 2016.On the side I help companies develop breakthrough products that wow customers, peak profits and catapult careers. Help individuals capture best practices through peer groups of like-minded successful innovation leaders. Work with companies to install world class NPD processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency of new product and new service development.
