This was an exciting project that involved 5 Goss heatset-web printing presses. The used equipment was purchased in a auction in California. I was given a month to do a preliminary site analysis, plan, estimate and schedule this move. This was a complete greenfield engineering project. New 225" concrete pad, reconfigured machine arrangement, power, plumbing and new auxiliary equipment additions. We started the concrete preparations January 15th, our first machine was up an running April 15th. In addition, 4 of the 5 presses would get a complete rebuild by the beginning of December.
