I assist the General Manager in running the day to day operations of the business.

• Answer calls and assist members with various requests concerning their accounts.• Discuss the advantages of using many of our products and how they can better the members lives.• Advise members about special promotions and options that are available for them to take advantage of.• Print out and mail or fax specialty paper work needed for various transactions.• Maintain multiple aspects of my score card such as revenue goals handle time and adherence to name a few.• De-escalate upset calls to minimize the number of calls management needs to take.
