That's why, when I came up with the idea of creating a personal brand, I was paralyzed. On one hand, the idea of creating a brand of myself excited me too much, it was another level of building product or service brands that I wanted to try.But on the other hand, the idea of having to speak, express my ideas, open my thoughts, and be vulnerable to other people learning how my mind works terrified me.Since then, I have a phrase that I always repeat to myself: "Fears are meant to be overcome."Now, thanks to this phrase, I have a large community of followers on YouTube and other networks, with whom I have shared my knowledge. But also, thanks to them, I created my own agency and also an academy where I have been able to help hundreds of entrepreneurs, businesspeople, and even employees to create, build, and elevate their brands.I share my story not just to talk about my successes, but to show you that obstacles and fears are universal, but also surmountable.
