About Rod Brown

I create business value through the design and delivery of quality IT services that support and augment business objectives. I especially enjoy the reaction from people when introducing new technology that makes their work easier and improves productivity.I have over 20 years’ experience leading and managing IT teams within Tertiary Education and government organisations. My career started in computer support and rapidly progressed into management, gaining a valuable understanding and “hands-on” experience in the development and administration of enterprise class IT infrastructure, systems and applications along the way. I have built on my technical experience by completing post-graduate qualifications in Management and Information Technology, applying this knowledge as my focus shifted towards strategic and operational management.
