Managing integration of corporate industrial improvement program at eleven North American facilities within the Performance Additives Division. Providing on-site assessment and analysis of current state of mining and mineral processing operations. Working with site leadership team to develop three year strategic road-map for driving improvement within all functional and technical aspects of operations. Coordinating quarterly and annual reviews of site activities centered around continuous improvement. Networking with other Industrial Improvement Managers globally to provide framework for best-practice sharing between divisions. Mentoring and developing junior Industrial Improvement Managers within and across divisions. Developing and providing on-site training on lean manufacturing principles to management and hourly team members.
