Reporting directly to the MB Vans CFO in Germany.Main challenges and achievements: Launched Vito in 2015, Sprinter NAFTA exports in 2016, Pickup X-Class Project set-up with high participation level in the negotiations with Nissan-Renault in Tokyo/Paris. Collaborated closely with MB Vans CFO, aligned with all Controlling Departments, reported to Group Controlling. Coordinated the consolidated contribution margin calculation process. Further improved REO-Systems (Main Van Controlling Planning and Reporting Business Warehouse System).

Responsible for managing the controlling activities of the MB Plant Argentina (Vans/Buses/Trucks) including of strategic projects related to future production opportunities, product modifications, new equipment & installations. Main challenges and achievements: Defined nationalization strategy for the market launch 2012 of the NCV3 Sprinter in Latin America, which included the pioneer idea of the industrialization of an engine to reach the regional content requirement. (Cross-divisional project with Germany, Brazil and China). Other main projects included the XBC Bus launch, XBC Bus Frame in sourcing, nationalization of FP1720 Truck, and the restructuring of MBArg into Production Division (PLZ) and Commercial Division (MPC). Implemented cost cutting activities and efficiency programs for downsizing the Plant from a 3 shift to a 1-shift production due to the world economic crisis 2008-2009.
