We are living in an increasingly complex world, faced with many challenges which require us to adapt and change the way we view and engage with the planet and each other.Over the past 22 years, I have lived across the globe, sharing learnings and experiences with family, friends and colleagues. Wherever I have been, I've noted the challenges we face are all the same, however the way we approach them is determined by our culture, family background, faith and experiences.This has led me to believe that diversity is about embracing our differences, while building a common purpose. It is through purpose that we can more easily agree a shared outcome and then embrace the uniqueness that is common amongst us all.
