Day-to-Day functions- Field Tech • Visit NYC, Brooklyn and LIC offices • Assist users with adding Elliman email to desktop and mobile devices • Assist users with adding One Drive to desktop and mobile devices • Train users on how to use One Drive and various other Elliman software and apps • Assist users with any hardware or peripheral replacements or upgrades • Replace, re-image and update any workstations • Upgrade software and operating systems for workstations • Take apart, and re-setup any IT equipment when offices are relocated or renovated • Deployment and setup of IT workstations and phones for any new offices • Coordinate with various vendors for any hardware equipment upgrades or replacements • Assist with server room setup for new offices • Assist with server room maintenance • Inventory and storage of any IT equipment • Disposal of any IT equipment
