NAR's ISCs are instrumental to the National Association, servicing in part, our commercial practitioners, women real estate professionals, land brokerage, property management, industrial and office, and other specialty groups. - Staff Executive to the Multiple Listing Issues and Policy (MLIP) Committee of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), a group of 120+ brokers and MLS executives from across the county that consider national issues and industry practices affecting MLS policies, rules, and services. Working with the MLS leadership to address industry needs through NAR's MLS governance and policy. Preparations for ongoing yearly meetings, including Issue identification, policy recommendations, industry relations, and leadership engagement. - Staff Executive to the MLS Technology and Emerging Issues Advisory Board. This group of 20+ members of the MLIP Committee takes an in-depth analysis of policy proposals that address the latest practices, concerns, and emerging issues to facilitate success in the real estate industry. Recommendations from the Advisory Board are forwarded to the MLIP Committee for discussion by a larger group of MLS representatives and voted on prior to further consideration by the NAR Executivce Committee and Board of Directors. .
