Ingenium Composites & Elastomers, LLC (ICE) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified supplier of the engineering design and fabrication of structural fiberglass products (FRP) such as structures, gratings, handrails, stairs, ladders, FRP mudmats for offshore jacket structures, electrical cable tray systems, etc. ICE's primary market targets on the FRP side of the business are the Middle East, Asia and SE Asia for offshore oil and gas, and the domestic waste-water & water treatment, transportation, food & beverage and chemical industries. ICE is also a supplier of the engineering design and supply of energy absorbing, fendering systems for docks, harbors and offshore platforms. In addition to the above mentioned product offering, ICE also provides vortex-induced-vibration (VIV) suppression products for the deep water industry--strakes and fairings for SCRs, pipeline free-spans, tendons, etc. ICE was formed in mid-2019 and has already become one of the major suppliers in the world and is already doing business in Saudi, Trinidad, Thailand, India, and the UAE to name a few.

Delta Composites was formed in 2000 and was a domestic, structural fiberglass (FRP) engineering and fabrication company. Delta built FRP structures, FRP handrails, stairs, ladders, and also supplied FRP gratings, and other composite systems. I sold Delta to an investor in August of 2015.

AIMS was involved in many different product lines related to the offshore oil & gas industry the world over. We provided structural fiberglass engineering, fabrication and installation of structural fiberglass (FRP) systems, including, but not limited to FRP structures, FRP handrails and ladders. I also invented and patented FRP mudmats for fixed offshore jacket structures. AIMS was also involved in the platform and dock fendering systems--providing the engineering design and fabrication of energy absorbing systems. AIMS was also a world leader in the Vortex Induced Vibration (VIV) suppression systems--a product line that eliminated the effects of current induced vibration for deep water risers, pipeline free-spans, tendons for TLPs, etc. In all, I developed and obtained 25 different patents. The one patent that put AIMS on the map was the Talon System--an all-316 stainless steel system designed to restrain molded fiberglass gratings against wave action--up to and including Cat 5 hurricanes. Most of my patents were related to the VIV suppression systems, however. I sold AIMS in August of 2015 along with Delta Composites. I remained on as president of AIMS and Delta until May of 2019. In July of 2019, Ingenium Composites & Elastomers, LLC (ICE) was created, and I am now the President & COO of ICE.
