I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor. I have a M.A. in Community Counseling from Argosy University Atlanta and I hold a B.A. in Psychology from L.S.U. In addition to my training in psychology, I bring over 25 years in human relations experience within the Fortune 500 group.. I work with clients who are experiencing challenges with stress, depression, and/or anxiety, children and adolescents with special needs, and couples seeking quality communication and improved relationships.I believe the counseling experience should be a facilitated journey jointly undertaken to reveal strengths and increase positive self-awareness.My work synthesizes my training and experience in human resources and psychology as well as my years as an avid outdoors-man. While I often work with clients in traditional settings, I also integrate Hypnotherapy as well as Nature- Based Therapy (Eco-therapy) with clients interested in alternative approaches to therapy.
