Successfully launched, managed, and closed over 200 IT projects including implementations, migrations, and upgrades for: Citrix CVAD, DaaS, and NetScaler; VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi; Microsoft AVD, O365, and SQL; IGEL OS; Nutanix HCI; networks, switches, and firewalls; application development. Fostered and maintained strong relationships with client stakeholders and executives while delivering projects under budget and on time – resulting in happy clients, repeat business, and increased revenue. Developed communications, PowerPoint, and Project Plan templates for use by all Project Managers including initiation emails, meeting invites, agendas, recaps, and status reports; PowerPoint presentations for project kickoff, design review, and project closure meetings; project plans with executive status summaries, scope summaries, work breakdown structures, risk registers, issue tracking logs, and stakeholder contact lists. Organized and led weekly PMO team meetings and guided other PMs with questions and resource assignments. Developed a resource scheduling tool in Excel and facilitated weekly meetings with each technical consultant, to aid in reaching 80% billability for all XenTegra consultants.

Successfully launched 35 new referral program implementation projects, which included: working with stakeholders to identify and document program requirements; creating and presenting technical workflows; developing project plans and implementation timelines; working with internal technical resources to stand up, configure, and customize client solutions; scheduling and facilitating implementation and status meetings; training clients on how to use their programs; coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the client and mitigating issues; and, scheduling program go-live and ongoing client support activities. Built and maintained relationships with stakeholders at more than 50 client organizations, ranging in size from small local businesses to multi-billion-dollar international corporations. Scheduled and facilitated monthly status meetings with program owners to review program activity, promote best practices, provide ideas to increase program participation, and remove any barriers limiting program success. Organized quarterly business review meetings with key stakeholders to review current program results and identify/offer additional programs features beneficial to the client.

Successfully managed and closed over 65 IT projects, including: a Citrix virtual workstation production pilot for a large hospital in MS, Imprivata Upgrades for four hospitals in MI, IL, and CT, and a Java upgrade for seven hospitals in a national healthcare organization. Managed the delivery of all packaged applications for a Windows7 green field project, for a large healthcare system in OH. This project included tight coordination with several teams and careful planning to assure all needed applications were identified, packaged, tested, and approved prior to each unit go-live date. Managed application packaging, UAT, and production approvals for all applications packaged for a Windows7 upgrade project, for seven hospital facilities in Michigan. Managed, scheduled, and coordinated 2,200 in-place workstation upgrades to Windows7, for a hospital headquarters building in MI.

Managed the successful conversion of several college textbooks from print to an interactive, digital platform. This process involved partnering/communicating with key stakeholders, conversion vendors, and technical teams within Cengage; obtaining digital inputs required for programming; reviewing titles and writing conversion instructions for the vendor; assigning work to a conversion vendor; tracking key milestones; coordinating third-party quality assurance testing; completing a review of the final digital product; and troubleshooting xml code and application issues.
