Management of insurance. Includes Claims and amendmentsOther• Legal Matters working and following up with Attorneys , Bad Debts, other legal actions.• Drawing up resolutions• Banking Matters/ dealings, Investing – re-investing Mandates, facility letters asset based finance Review information.• Audit preparation & fixed Asset register• Clearance Certificates and Clearance figures• Tracking Sales and property Registrations• Signing off , checking all account payments
