- Communication Liaison; develop written Red Cross content for publication, both internally- and externally-focused, that highlights organizational Diversity & Inclusion programming successes in a manner that is polished and that well represents the organization as a whole. - Work in concert with Red Cross Communications team to ensure creation and effective delivery of impactful and compelling messaging on organization’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, which includes brochures, pamphlets, press releases, and event presentations.- Administer diversity-related internal communications by determining appropriate diversity content, monitoring and updating that content on organization’s intranet; and externally monitor and proactively respond to exchanges between Red Crossers on social network platforms and update diversity content on organization’s internet site to demonstrate the organization’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.- Assist all Red Cross business units to enhance outreach efforts toward organizations serving diverse groups as a means to broaden support, participation and engagement between those groups and the business unit.- Manage seven (7) Red Cross diverse national partnerships; actively maintain relationships that extend and deepen the organization’s work with these external, diverse groups in alignment with the organization’s mission and objectives.- Develop, modify and administer a Red Cross strategy that leverages the organization’s employees, volunteers, and the organization’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, to ensure mutually beneficial relationships are established with national and local Red Cross partners which represent the interests of diverse communities.- Assess, and, as necessary, improve Red Cross outreach and external engagement efforts to build more effective relationships with underserved communities to establish stronger bonds of trust and affinity towards the Red Cross organization.

- Own and operate SCMSDC-certified, minority-owned firm that specializes in special project management, including Diversity and Inclusion support, hospitality services, learning/e-learning content, graphic design projects, web development, and content development- Manage a diverse team of direct-hires and subcontractors for all projects requiring additional support; as a member of SCMSDC, work closely with group to facilitate partnerships and working relationships for large projects- Manage overall budget and portfolio of assets, including vehicles, machinery, and real and virtual property- Develop all company advertising components; developed and executed ad campaigns for clients- Write, edit, and produce all print and electronic media, as well as various collateral pieces for clients including promotional and curricula materials.

- Co-managed Diversity programming, including oversight of all Diversity training, Diversity advertising, Supplier Diversity, Diversity outreach, and Diversity in franchise development;- Developed substantial partnerships with a host of organizations supporting various historically underrepresented groups, including Human Rights Campaign, GLAAD, NAACP, National Urban League, League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), NMSDC U.S Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce and others; - Worked cohesively with internal corporate departments (Beverly Hills, Memphis) and with 1100+ owned, managed, franchised Hilton Family hotels to develop and promote Diversity and Inclusion from leadership outward.
