Load raw Cobalt material into acid tanks to create either Cobalt Carbonate sent to the furnace or to make Cobalt Chloride to be sold by the tanker load. Grind reduced product into an Extra Fine Cobalt Powder. Package finished Cobalt Powder in designated drums for domestic and international shipment. Receive various chemicals, metals and hazardous materials. Maintain a correct inventory on all items as well as each product's exact location in two warehouses. Pull daily orders, print labels for each outgoing item, shrink wrap pallets, print bill of ladings with correct SDS warnings, contact trucking companies to setup pickup, placard trailers for hazardous materials and operate forklift to load and unload items.

Receive, inspect, stock and inventory Maintenance Department tools and parts. Issue safety PPE and regularly used tools to Production Departments and newly hired employees. Sharpen all metal cutting saw blades for window and door assembly production lines. Certified operator with Glass Equipment Development (GED) computerized assembly line. Maintained and performed preventative maintenance on entire GED system which included cleaning metal extruders, adjusting and cleaning conveyors, heating desiccant material to correct temperatures for optimum flow rates.
