Rodney is a healthcare professional with a comprehensive understanding of enterprise and clinical risk management, patient safety, project administration, and employee education. Rodney has the ability to promote a safety culture through current best practices, and high reliability. His areas of emphasis include identifying risk management and patient safety trends then developing methodologies to provide mitigation using proven high reliability processes such as Lean Six Sigma, and TeamSTEPPS. He is experienced in developing electronic, interactive and classroom style educational offerings.
