Serves as a Site Lead responsible for managing ten Field Service Representative (FSR) Mechanics in Afghanistan. Primarily responsibilities are serving in the capacity of a Mechanic, but trained to execute the duties of an Instructor when required by the FSR Operations Manager as requirements in theater.

Provided platform and practical exercise instructions to approximately 5000 advanced individual training (AIT) soldiers, and foreign military personnel assigned to the Wheel Vehicle Mechanic School annually. Served as a test writer and ensured validation for test and lesson plans. Instructed soldiers in a skill oriented program covering a complete range of knowledge required to maintain and service military wheeled vehicles. Provided oral instructions through conference lectures, demonstrations, and group discussions on a variety of fundamental, principles, methodology, and theoretical topics that are essential to further understandings of specific automotive technology.

Overseen unit, direct, and general support maintenance on all types of mechanical equipment; planned layout of maintenance shops and facilities. Supervised production and quality control; evaluated work performance and training requirements of subordinates. Prepared maintenance polices technical studies and correspondence, recorded and planned special reports.
