Field Service Technician
CurrentInspect and repair all product sold to our customers in a timely manner allowing to be sold.1. While on site, provide technical assistance to customers, makes analysis of the problems, and finds solutions in respect of the objectives of the service.2. Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions.3. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality service to customers.5. Build positive relationship with our valued customers.6. Produce, input, and update various documents and reports related to the department's performance indicators; verify the accuracy of the data.7. Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.8. Other duties assigned by the immediate superior.9. Repair damaged (cracks, holes, etc) fiberglass bathtub & shower units
