System support duties included installation and integration of AGCCS software version and maintenance releases, identification and documentation of software problems and end-user support.

Primary responsibility was providing support for the installation and maintenance of the Worldwide Military Command & Control System (WWMCCS) GCOS operating system at HQDA Command & Control Support Agency. Duties included system failure analysis, technical support to systems and applications programmers, authoring system operation technical documents , and the installation software and updates. ➢ As a Systems Analyst for the MIS Branch, I was responsible for validating and completing the design of the Army Crisis Action System at HQDA. Duties included requirements analysis, database design and programming database update procedures.

Data Base Specialist responsibilities included the analysis of proposed modifications to the logical and physical structure of the DOD Joint Deployment Systems integrated database.➢ Programming Task Leader responsibilities included providing technical guidance to a team of COBOL programmers in the documentation, maintenance and enhancement of an information processing subsystem of the DoD Joint Deployment System.

➢ Responsible for the design, development and execution of DMIV Transaction Process (TP) tests on Honeywell’s latest operating systems. My duties included the design and implementation of Transaction Processing Routines (TPRs) for use in testing new releases of DMIV-TP on both the GCOS-3 and GCOS-8 operating systems. Other activities included database design, writing schema/subschema and SYSGEN source code for application implementation, and extensive training in the DMIV/TP/IDS-2 product lines.
