The finance management skills I have are working with customers who have delinquencies on their account by helping them arrange payments to get their accounts back in good standing. Then the customer service skills I have are deescalating calls with irate customers and finding solutions for issues with customers credit cards. Furthermore I have received rewards for being in the top percental for customer experiences and customer recommendations. Some of the rewards I have are the most customer kudos calls for several months in my department. I also have received a reward for having the best customer service rating in my department for one month.
