Starting my career as a teacher, transitioning into the private sector and coming back into education has been a full circle experience for me. I've been fortunate enough in my career to have multiple experiences that have provided me with a set of unique skills that are applicable in both the private and public sector - educator, consultant, project manager, instructional designer and leadership coach. In my current role as Senior Associate for the National Equity Project, I partner with school districts, organizations, and foundations aimed at addressing systemic inequities through systems redesign, leadership and team development, executive coaching, and strategy development and implementation. Specialties: Design thinking, organizational development, change management, performance consulting, curriculum design, talent management, executive coaching, project management and leadership development.
