We had a management team, but we split the day-to-day management amongst the band. Since I was tech savvy I handled the finance/bookkeeping, scheduling, along with creative duties. We all were songwriters, I typically took the lead in the recording studio arranging, organizing, delegating, deciding, hence the de facto producer. We released a Tejano album via Polygram Latino and later signed, at the time the largest Latin pop deal with BMG International. We appeared on international variety tv shows.
