Our industry knowledge base benefits other areas such as art, design and our products that have reached across Australia.Career Highlights / Key Responsibilities:A project for Siemans Rail - to develop, fabricate and supply a fibreglass component with a stainless steel base plate to support a sat-nav aerial, finished in 2-pack automotive yellow paint, for their entire fleet of trains.Significant experience in panel maintenance - fibreglass repair work, acrylic and 2 pack spray painting, pattern making and panel beating.Ensuring all works are undertaken under and in accordance with company OH&S policy.Supervision and coordination of employees and sub-contractors, preparation of sub-contract agreements and managing sub-contractors to ensure their work is done to a high level of quality in the appropriate timeframe.Preparation of project documentation, including project safety plans, safe work method statements, inspection and test plans, progress claims and job status reports.Supervision and cooridination of numerous projects such as the repainting of the train front masks at the Siemans Newport site, which included management of all staff involved in the project, arranging for trains to be shunted, preparation of the QA documentation, JSA's and site inspections as required.Significant experience in panel maintenance -fibreglass repair work, acrylic and 2-pack spray painting, pattern making and panel beating.
