Rodney Bell is the Co Founder & CEO of Azadi Health. Azadi Health was founded with the mission of making mental health services and support radically accessible and inclusive for under served BIPOC populations. We've carefully designed a culturally responsive environment where it's okay to open up about personal experiences and share sensitive information. The Azadi App is a psychology-based language analysis platform for understanding human emotions, personalities, motivations, and psychology from everyday language. Our goal is to facilitate improvement in mental health outcomes for under-resourced and diverse identifying populations. As a healthcare technologist, Rodney observed that inequity in mental healthcare needs innovative solutions to remove barriers to care. As a researcher, he reviewed countless peer-reviewed papers indicating a correlation between greater access to care and improved health outcomes; but finding limited commercialization efforts, he saw the opportunity to create Azadi Health in 2021. Prior to founding Azadi Health, Rodney was a managing principal at Anthem Capital Partners in Los Angeles. Rodney also spent significant years as an Investment Banker at the Investment Bank of UBS Securities., in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Bell has been quoted in the Wall-Street Journal as well as several other national publications and delivered keynote speeches to the Harvard-MIT Roundtable and Southern California Venture Forum. Mr. Bell studied at Harvard University and Howard University.
