My passion is optimizing businesses through the use of web technology. With Synthenet, a web development company, I work with a client to analyze their business process and determine pain points. Then, we mutually discuss the company goals moving forward and formulate a plan to solve the pain points and attain/exceed those goals through the use of technology. This might involve linking a client's existing CRM system with a new e-Commerce web site, enabling the client to better serve their customers, as well as storing all of the data in a manner that allows for much more detailed reporting and analysis.I also have a profound desire to positively impact people's lives - both our customers and our team of employees. At Pongo Resume, we have combined technology with another real need - finding a job. Through web technology, we have developed tools to enable job seekers to create, distribute and track their career documents (resumes, cover and thank you letters, etc.), making this process much easier, more effective and less stressful. Pongo is accomplishing this with not only our technology, but our hi-touch customer support team. Our goal is to help every customer in every way we can, to get the job they want. I am proud to say that in doing so, we have helped hundreds of thousands of people accomplish this.
