Originally developed in the 1970s and 1980’s with the goal of creating a less cardiotoxic, anthracycline-like chemotherapeutic, bisantrene has demonstrated efficacy and a well characterised safety profile having been evaluated in more than 46 clinical trials, and 70 peer reviewed publications, with over 1.8k patients treated. The company's lead asset is an anticancer vaccine, which we have shown can drive a far stronger immune response compared to the traditional approach.
