I am an IT Support Engineer at Heli Niugini Limited, a leading helicopter service provider in Papua New Guinea. I have been in this role for over a year, and I am responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the company's IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. I hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification and a Post Graduate Certificate in Data Networking (PGCDN) from Divine Word University (DWU), where I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computing Science.In addition to my IT support role, I have been an Instructor at Cisco Networking Academy and a Senior Tutor 2 at DWU for over seven years, teaching and tutoring various courses in computer networking, mathematics, systems analysis and design, and database management. I have also contributed to the quality of assessment instruments, curriculum development, and research activities within the Faculty of Business and Informatics. I have published two papers in academic journals and received two instructor service awards from Cisco. My core competencies include communication, databases, and computer networking, which I apply to my current and previous roles.
