• Provide functional support and advice to assist Business Unit Managers at various sites around QLD.
• Ensure all investigations are carried out comprehensively and in a balanced manner with a view to continual improvement. Evaluate incident forms, surveys and audits to establish root causes and together with.
• Formulating plans of action to correct non-compliant behaviour or conditions together with the concerned Supervisors and Managers through behavioural based safety programs.
• Influence and advise key stakeholders in a range of complex situations, adapting style and approach that leads to others to consider and adapt alternative positive perspectives and solutions.
• Monitor and review Safety performance against set standards and targets, report findings to the Project / Site Managers and implement action plans to ensure standards are met or surpassed.
• Define the project HSE objectives to be considered in the preparation of the HSE Plans in accordance with company policy on HSE and contractual requirements.

• Develop and roll-out strategic behaviour-based programs and mentoring - supporting site managers and supervisors through safety leadership coaching.
