During my tenure at IBM I primarily supported BNSF Railway where I project managed large, complex, safety and mission critical applications from business analysis, defining project scope, project scheduling, resource identification and allocation, capacity planning, cost benefit analysis, development, testing, implementation, training and post deployment support to project sign off ensuring regulatory standards are met. Some of my key Projects & Achievements include:● I was instrumental in improving the change management success rate significantly by creating test, development and QA environments using Linux and Oracle. I also migrated the production environment from Unix to Linux.● I was successful in significantly reducing the time to respond to mission critical issues by migrating 6 support desks with 3 different trouble ticketing applications integrating into one application. I designed the technical architecture and collaborated with development team and successfully deployed the application for over 5000 remote users.● I developed over 20 classroom and web-training courses.● My expertise in the Remedy Trouble Ticket Management System led me to spearhead the end-user training initiative for BNSF Railway client where I designed and delivered the training program.
