Innovation is necessary to keep an organization moving forward. However, before you begin to consider technology innovations, you must first ensure that the solutions will meet end-user needs and will enhance operations, as opposed to amplifying an organization’s inefficiencies or lack of internal communication. This is where I specialize as a senior IT leader: identifying the organization’s need or opportunities, connecting to the end-user to gain their buy-in to the changes and looking at the big picture of how the technology will improve business operations. As a leader and strategist, I have proven success bringing these together in order to positively impact global organizations with up to 80K employees and 30K devices. You will find my experience detailed below, but some of the highlights of my career include:➡ IT STRATEGY: I have created technology roadmaps that have impacted enterprise-wide innovations for global organizations that span 5K to 80K end-users. I excel at proactively identifying opportunities to use technology and innovations to move the organization forward➡ STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT: By engaging stakeholders and end-users early in the process, I have been very successful rolling out new systems and procedures. I believe that IT should supplement the business’ success, not get in its way.➡ CREATING HIGH-PERFORMING TEAMS: Leading people to excel and contribute at the highest levels is one of my greatest accomplishments. I give my teams the training they need, hold them accountable and offer them the autonomy to take ownership of solutions. As an addition to the senior leadership team, I bring a strategic, user-focused approach to introducing technology solutions that drive positive organizational change.
