• Interpret Electrical and mechanical schematics and compare them to customer drawings to ensure correct assembly of switchgear• NFPA 70E Certified• Test Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, and Energy Storage Solution switchgear• Perform DC testing to ensure correct wiring and design• Perform low voltage AC testing to ensure correct phasing and operation of gear• Perform Dielectric tests to ensure correct no phasing is crossed and insulation resistance• Perform Ground fault testing• Perform Modified Differential Ground fault testing• Coordinate with Engineering to ensure design matches desired customer functions and modify designs as needed• Create new designs as needed to match desired customer function• Wire systems to correct errors and check for continuity• Forklift and Motorized Pallet Jack qualified• Program Protective relay, PLC, AGC, Woodward, Red Lion, Lantronix, IKD, and HMI• Test and Verify proper communication• Perform Sequence of Operation testing on gear to simulate final functionality• Ensure all gear meets UL assembly standards and UL list Gear• Record detailed information about tests performed and results• Assist with final assembly wiring and testing Post shipping• Use of Megger to verify correct turn ratio and polarity on Current Transformers and Potential Transformers in Medium Voltage gear.• Use of Full function test kit to verify proper trip function of Breakers• Use of Web Electric Test cart to supply DC/AC/Current for testing• Use of Phenix 475-20/HC-2/HC-5/HC-75C to supply current for GF Testing up to 100kA
