As a member of the SAP Support Center (Help Desk) team, Mr. Mashia provided Development support for eleven different SAP clients, as well as providing Development support for two new SAP implementations. Responsibilities included Sapscript/Smartform form development, classical and Abap List Viewer (ALV) report development, development of IDOC interface for auto-posting financial documents to SAP's General Ledger, legacy data loading utilizing BDC's, Data Transfer Workbench, and Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW) and user exit development.

Mr. Mashia was a member of three person team responsible for US data migration for client's global SAP implementation. He developed LSMW routines for load of customer master, sales deals, and stock quantity data. Mr. Mashia also worked with global team to develop technical specifications for load routines and algorithms for data extraction, cleansing, and removal of duplicate records. Mr. Mashia developed ABAP/4 programs in SD/MM in support of client's successful SAP implementation. Examples are routines for legacy-to-SAP price and material description conversion, automatic determination of optimum carrier for deliveries, software access code generator, inventory reports, plus many others. He also supported all Sapscript documents, including those for Goods Receipt, Stock Transfer, Goods Issue, Invoices, and Picklists and wrote numerous BDC's to automate data entry processes.

Mr. Mashia developed hardcopy forms for client's successful SAP implementation. Forms developed included Invoice, Packing List, Pick List, Customs Document, Delivery Note and Shop Floor Paperwork. Designed and coded various reports and interface programs in MM and SD modules. He assigned and monitored SAP system user ids and privileges (BASIS).

While on this project, Mr. Mashia designed, developed and maintained SAPscript code used to produce hardcopy sales and billing documents, including quotations, order confirmations, and invoices. These documents were used in the successful implementation of the SAP R/3 business management software in Germany, France, and the United Kingdom (SD module). He also designed, coded and maintained ABAP/4 programs for the interfacing of client's existing warehouse management system with the SAP R/3 software (MM module).
