Tropical Tours Guam is an LLC Tour company in the U.S. Territory of Guam. Tropical Tours Guam provided tour services targeting tourist in Guam. I solely developed all aspects of the company. I developed the website and online booking system. The website is in Chinese, Japanese, English, and Russian. I hired three (3) subtractors to conduct the tours when I was unavailable. I managed the online bookings and finances. I controlled all marketing aspects, and social media to include Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube. I developed all promotional videos and photos with the use of Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom. As the operator, I took the guests on various tours to include trekking (waterfalls & caves), island transportation, and snorkeling. In 2015 I sold the company before I moved back to Michigan.

Deployed to Tacloban, PI in support of humanitarian relief and the evacuation of 7k displaced personnel after Typhoon Yolanda. Responsible for developing, coordinating and evaluating all employees on current procedures and tactics. Ensured all company operating instructions, standard operating procedures and quick reaction checklists remained current. Projected and developed contingency response group security programs for force protection and base defense. Provided timely, relevant and accurate intelligence necessary to plan, direct and conduct Force Protection Operations. Organized joint allied USA/Australian Security Exercise which targeted Humanitarian Relief. Conducted Several Fly Away Security Missions to several counties in the PACOM area of operations.

Exercised direct authority and responsibility for 17 on-duty Security Forces Non-Commissioned Officers, and Airman. Conducted Several Fly Away Security Missions to several counties in the PACOM area of operations. I was the only assigned Emergency Medical Technician and was apart of the 6 man Close Precision Engagement Team (Sniper) for the 736 SFS Contingency Response Squadron. The Contingency Response Squadron provides first-in force protection for the 36th Contingency Response Group during air base opening, contingency, and humanitarian assistance operations throughout the Pacific area of operations. The unit is tasked with an airborne mission as well, and 17 members of the squadron are airborne qualified. Members of the unit also participate in subject matter expert exchanges with various allied nations within the theater.

Directed physical security and law enforcement shift operations for the largest Royal Air Force Base, United Kingdom. RAF Croughton supports Presidential, NATO, European, and Central Command, operations with 23 communications and information weapon systems. The base provides 30% of all DOD communications between Europe and CONUS, and communication for deployed and en route war fighters. Supports functions which include Civil Engineering, Services, Logistics, Medical, and Security Forces. Exercised direct authority over 18 on-duty Security Forces Non-Commissioned Officers, and Airmen. Liaised with host nation Ministry of Defense Forces.

Directed all emergency management communication to include host nation Ministry of Defense forces at Royal Air Force Base Croughton. Directed United States Air Forces, Security Forces personnel to incident involving U.S. assets. Monitor alarms and dispatch Security Patrols to incidents affecting Protection Level 1 Communication Resources. RAF Croughton supports Presidential, NATO, European, and Central Command, operations with 23 communications and information weapon systems.

Conducted physical Security and Law Enforcement duties at Nellis, AFB Nevada. Nellis Air Force Base, a part of the United States Air Force's Air Combat Command, is located approximately eight miles northeast of Las Vegas, Nevada. The base itself covers more than 14,000 acres, while the total land area occupied by Nellis and its restricted ranges is about 5,000 square miles. An additional 7,700 miles of airspace north and east of the restricted ranges are also available for military flight operations. The Nellis work force of about 9,500 military and civilians makes it one of the largest single employers in Southern Nevada. The total military population numbers more than 40,000, including family members and military retirees in the area.

Air Force Security Forces Technical school is 65 academic days and teaches security forces students about missile security, convoy actions, capture and recovery of nuclear weapons, law enforcement, directing traffic and nonlethal tactics.
