I've worked 25 years at Novartis.I have enjoyed the work and have had a great time with the people. I have a good work ethic and good attendance. I follow the SOP's and work with good manufacturing practices. I believe I am well rounded with experience with 5 years facility maintenance and 5 years manufacturing maintenance and troubleshooting. 10 years in packaging as a mechanic and 5 years in transdermals as a material handler and a mechanic. In facility we monitor honeywell and Andover building and room management computors and we monitor room pressures, temperatures and humidities .I also perform preventive maintenance and trouble shooting on air handlers, pumps, fan systems and USP water systems, air compressors, vacuums and dust collectors. I've changed heat exchangers and steam and chilled water valves and also changed out condensate lines and steam traps and check valves.With manufacturing I've been performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on manufacturing equipment . I have experience with mills, blenders, frewitts, sieves, fluid bed dryers , tote tumblers, tote washers , compression and encapsulating machines. I also have experience with bag washer and dryers and packaging washers . I also repair and PM hydraulic servo lifts and pneumatic Meto lift hoists.With packaging I would run,troubleshoot, and PM bottle and blister line equipment and would run and maintain transdermal ointment dosing equipment.
