Hired to project manage and provide engineering support for the consolidation of Data Centers and business locations across the portfolio of IT companies. This included reviewing existing locations and business needs and developing a project plan to accomplish the management goals of reducing cost and data center footprint.

As the founder and proprietor of Cheaha Brewing Company, I started the project from scratch. This included the initial business and financial plan development. I secured private and public investment funds to secure the initial capital to fund the project. Worked with local economic development entities to establish placement and facility zoning and options. Project managed the initial build out, secured equipment bids and final equipment purchases, managed startup financial planning and capital expenses and investments. Recruited initial staffing and trained and hired a full management team and staff.

Hired to project manage, implement and consolidate both Payroll and Financial systems for two merging companies. This included project managing the entire projects to include data collection, business process development, training, employee benefit setups, and full roll out of system to department owners and employees

Responsible for multiple aspects of IT analysis, planning, implementation, support and statistical/metric analysis and reporting worldwide. Managed data center, all IT infrastructure, help desk and desktop support personnel in all locations in the US and Europe. Recruited to reorganize the product development organization and kick-start a new portfolio of products to service the human resources and hiring industry verticals. Setup a complete product development lifecycle system to manage multiple product development initiatives and setup customer service and support infrastructure. Researched strategic acquisitions of competitive products and companies and provided due diligence support in company acquisitions. Focused of selecting strategic business partnerships that benefited the growth of the business and product portfolios. Recruited to consolidate and integrate systems across the Traxis Group, BV portfolio of companies and manage specific business consolidations with focus on IT systems. Provide executive and technological leadership across three manufacturing operations, Blue Bird/School Bus Division, multiple national and international satellite facilities, a financial servicing company, and an aftermarket parts company. Initially focused on selection of strategic business partnerships to aide in project development and implementation of the migration from legacy mainframe systems to client server technology. Direct management of $7M budget, 20+ staff, 65+ multi-OS servers, and all technological assets for 1100+ users and multinational vendors and customers. Program managed and delivered multiple large scale IT initiatives on time and within budget including implementation of a new ERP system, HRMS system, Financial Servicing System, Warranty System, and complete overhaul of network and data center infrastructure. Evaluated current IT / MIS departmental skill sets, restructured and developed the organization to support and manage the new system architecture. Configured, established, and operated new training operations and development center for the US Air Force at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, GA. Developed training curriculum, materials, and system solutions to prepare flight squadron support units for deployment. Conducted monthly training classes to train personnel on new technology developed to support flight squadrons.
