As a Process Technician assign in various terminal (Shell, Chevron & Seaoil), I review injection requests and coordinate with the Operation Supervisor regarding oil tanker arrivals and discharges. This involves injecting chemicals into oil products, ranging from 1 million to 100 million litters of oil products, to prevent smuggling in the Philippines. I prepare injections for tank trucks and depot tanks, handle marking details, and represent the company during injections witnessed by the Philippines Bureau of Customs. As a Quality Control Instrument Inspector, I oversee the construction of the Petron Lube Oil Plant in Navotas and the SEC Coal Fire Power Plant in Saranggani. My responsibilities include reviewing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Plans (QCP), Method Statements, and Material Approvals. I work closely with the Construction Supervisor to ensure that project drawings are approved and that all equipment, including the Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) equipment, meets project specifications as per ISO 9001:2000 standards. Additionally, I supervise on-site inspections, analysed areas for surveys, and conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and construction activities. My duties also involve testing cables, optical fibres, and FDAS equipment, inspecting vendor skids, and reviewing loop folders for final QA/QC approval, all while ensuring that all safety practices are followed.

I am responsible for checking the cables and their identification in the ladders for each machine in the area. I am tasked with rewiring CNC machines and conducting visual inspections, including checking ratings and materials for connections on machines. I ensure that upgrades are correctly implemented and receive proper approval. Additionally, I oversee the overhauling of CNC machines.

In my role for the construction of Semphil P4 for Samsung Electronics, I am responsible for issuing relevant Quality Records and writing non-conformance reports when necessary. My main duty is to ensure that instrument equipment complies with project specifications, company procedures, method statements, and quality assurance documentation. I also supervise and monitor on-site inspections to meet project deadlines, analysed areas for surveys, and witness inspections before submitting Requests for Inspection (RFI) to the main client. My job includes executing inspections on materials, equipment, and construction activities, performing visual inspections, dimensional tests, and checking connections. Additionally, I inspect vendor skids before client acceptance and adhere to all safety practices while performing punch-listing operations.

As an Electrical Technician for the construction of ICHTHYS LNG Project in Darwin, Australia, my responsibilities include installation of the Fire Detection Alarm system and terminating cables in control panels. I also perform loop checking and continuity testing to ensure all systems are functioning correctly. In addition, I provide daily updates on the ITR status, issues, and any concerns related to all Module LER/LIR systems. I regularly attend Clients Simultaneous Operation Meetings with JKC Head Commissioning, Inpex HSE, JKC, and AG&P HSE to coordinate and address any project requirements.

For the construction YAMAL LNG project bound to Kazakhstan, my responsibilities include identifying support elevations, fabricating and installing supports, and fabricating and installing cable ladders. I also handle cable identification, continuity testing, and cable pulling. Additionally, I perform glanding and termination of cables at junction boxes and panels. Lastly, I conduct punch listing activities to ensure that all work meets project specifications and quality standards.

During my on-the-job training as a Maintenance Technician, I was selected by my school to troubleshoot CNC machines and calibrate automatic CNC welding machines. I am responsible for reporting on troubleshooting issues, calibration results, and production metrics. Additionally, I perform housekeeping duties before, during, and after working hours to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
