Industrial Printing and Converting Activities • Sales: Leader developing business strategy through ads in magazines, internet and shopping guides coordinating five local vendors and 4 foreign distributors. Meantime making visits to customers to monitor portfolio. Through these visits we developed a strategic relationship with our customers by improving our portfolio and the business relationship which generated an increase in our sales. Leader in the commercial expansion of our customers throughout the Country Mexico. Created and programmed a costing system for all foreign vendors and distributors thus eliminating waiting times in quotations . Through this initiative we increased sales by 30% in 2 years. Development and implementation of Google Add Words tool to improve sales and optimize company resources .• Accounting: Together with the accounting team we redefined strategies based on Mexican laws to maximize resources and through a tax strategy to minimize tax payments , further control raw material inventory to synchronize tax payments and purchases of material. Also redefined the inventory system Programming and Control ( PIC ) .• Purchasing: Implemented a plan to coordinate the purchase of materials covering all the needs and maintaining optimal inventory levels . The objective of this initiative was focused on competitive pricing , constantly evaluating our suppliers .• Production: Leader implementing a program for control orders, preventive maintenance and new machinery installations achieving a reduction of company spendings by 20%. At the end these initiatives achieved a reduction in operating costs of 40 % resulting in increased profitability for the company .• Delivery: Developed and implemented the program “Route Optimization” for delivery of material by reducing gasoline consumption by 20 %.• Human Resources: Responsible for the process of hiring and firing employees and settlements acting as legal representative of the company .
