• Direct report to Business Excellence Manager of Finance and Control area.• Acting in partnership with the Business Excellence F&C team, in a global project of change of systems and processes of Nespresso HQ, involving factories, HQ and branches, to a new integrated model of systems and corporate processes, using SAP and other tools.• Implementation of all standards and rules to be adopted in new processes and systems, acting in interface with multidisciplinary teams with direct or indirect impact on F&C.Relevant Projects• Design in partnership with Nespresso CFO and Business Excellence team every cost model and cost chain, from boutiques to head office.Results• Reduction of 2 days in the closing activities of the F&C team.
