The Operations manager main responsibility will be to make sure that the warehouses run smoothly and considering lean principles providing support to the sales and administrative areas of the company.1) Managed healthy inventory levels for 300 items and purchasing from around 30 suppliers, considering warehouse capacity, avoiding out of stock and safety practices using eRome, TrueDSD app and SAP One.2) Managed the operations budget, checking over time from the warehouse crew, projects expenses, and new initiatives, reporting to the Operations Director.3) Managed all warehouse utility expenses. 4) Maintained and operate within health, safety and security standards in every warehouse. 5) Report and close on time all products returns and claims. 6) Assured physical inventories in two warehouses, using a product transfer strategy and assuring healthy inventory levels for 35 routes. 7) Implemented an efficient item rotation program, avoiding out of date products.
