- Provide hands-on site installation, wiring, testing, commissioning, and documentation for customer system installations- Travel to site as required- Oversee and direct subcontractor installation labor teams- Work with the Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Commissioning Engineers, and Programmers to ensure that projects are completed in a timely, efficient manner and to the customer's satisfaction- Prepare installation/project reports and other documents, as required. Ensure that all project and/or site paperwork (e.g. reports, timesheets, expense reports) is completed correctly and submitted according to company and/or customer requirements- Setting up, testing, adjusting, calibrating and packaging prototype equipment in preparation for deployment to install site- Routing cables and performing cable management to keep stations tidy and electrically safe from crosstalk, ESD, and interference- Working in a live production environment and manufacturing complex AV systems per client provided specifications

• Work as a hands-on A/V fabricator. Wire, test, commission, and document custom system installations based on the production plan• Ensure that project is completed in a timely, efficient manner and to the client’s satisfaction• Work with the Project manager, Project Engineer, and Production Lead to effectively and accurately complete all fabrication activities per a defined schedule• Work with the Client, Project manager, Production Lead, and other staff to identify potential conflicts in scope and schedule• Assist the Project manager In adjusting schedules and Identifying potential change directives• Prepare installation / project reports and other documents, as required• Ensure that all project paperwork is completed correctly and submitted according to company and/or customer requirements.

• Participate in client meetings to understand deliverables requirements and intended system functionality• Work with CAD Team to complete drawing deliverables• Identify system design challenges and devise corrective action to mitigate risk• Work to maintain knowledge of current product lines for various manufacturers• Test systems in fabrication and in-field installations to verify proper wiring, operation of equipment and system design• Engineering and Commissioning of Audiovisual systems of various types and producing associated deliverable documentation (Audio DSP, Control Systems, AV Networks, Video Projection, etc)• Support Lead Project Design Engineer with Engineering tasks

• Perform theater/stadium opening and closing duties and daily systems inspections• Setup and operate daily performances and special events as a stagehand, spotlight operator, lighting operator, audio operator or camera/video equipment operator• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair theatrical equipment• Ensure assignments are met, and department policies are adhered to• Assist Production team with installations for new shows, special events, or Consumer Events• Work with Stage Manager to complete assigned daily tasks and complete project list items• Pursue personal development of skills and capabilities for effective performance through ongoing training, project assistance and independent study of each field
