Manage relationships and front end sales activities for Major Investor Owned Utility. Provide customers with solutions in the form of products and services to maintain highest level of safety, reliability, and efficiency for their power generating facilities and T&D assets. Grow account year over year, develop new opportunities pipeline, and coordinate resources to fulfill customer goals as well as internal goals. Drive standardization, streamlining, and training to improve efficiencies of team performance.

Create highly accurate, timely Fully Engineered Quotes and Typical Proposals based on customer specifications for full range of Heavy Duty Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Turbine Generators, and their respective auxiliary systems to support sales of New Unit Spares for the ES Parts business. Provide superior service and support to the NUS Project Management Team to aide in achieving sales and order targets. Resolve issues related to the quote process by interfacing with multiple resources such as engineering, sales, and pricing teams. Drive standardization and streamlining efforts to improve efficiencies of NUS team procedures.

Provide technical assistance and leadership in matters relating to the fabrication and finishing of oven cavities. Coordinate efforts between maintenance department, part suppliers, and manufacturing teams in order to support production. Maintain cognizance of quality issues pertaining to oven cavities and develop solutions for these issues. Create, review, and maintain technical documents on all machinery and support equipment involved in the fabrication and finishing of oven cavities. Scope out and implement continuos improvements projects to reduce scrap, minimize operating costs, and improve efficiencies for all production cells.

Directed a team of nuclear operators through a variety of evolutions to include routine operations, maintenance, and special testing. Implemented new test instructions and operating procedures for temporary support systems during major refueling overhaul on two reactor plants. Reviewed written contracts between organizations to ensure feasibility and implications of proposed changes. Facilitated meetings with various departments and outside activities to reach acceptable solutions for a variety of production related issues. Coordinated the efforts of a team of electrical technicians around a demanding 24-hour operating schedule to optimize project completion. Utilized schematic drawings and technical manuals to steer a team of technicians in the corrective maintenance of over 50 components that were critical to continued plant operations, including major electrical generators and switchboards.
