- Manager of the structural engineering, materials engineering, product engineering and service engineering- Responsible for the wind turbine blades structural evaluation by FEM, blade design critical analysis, field issues RCA, structural evaluation of repairs- Responsible for materials engineering, testing and developing new materials for wind turbine blades production- Responsible for product engineering, managing blades BoM and product configuration- Responsible for service engineering, developing repair process for field damages and evaluation of defects from field inspections

- Manager of the product engineering team- Responsible for the wind turbine blades product BoM management, critical analysis of design changes, wind turbine test stand, tooling and equipment design

- Test stand team coordination for 1 year, with 3 engineers and 12 technicians team.- Execution and analysis of wind blades static and dynamic full scale tests for blade design certification.- Wind turbines system load calculation with Bladed software. - Focal point for blade design. - Structural analysis of wind blades using in house software for preliminary design, based on beam models, and FEM of blades.- Engineering coordinator with a team of 30+ people for design and development, focused on wind turbine tooling and transport fixtures design.- Currently responsible for product engineering (lifecyle of current blades and new product introduction), full scale test bench for wind turbine blades and design engineering

- Execution of wind blades full scale tests, both static and dynamic, for blade certification purposes. - Test stand hardware calculation and definition, data acquisition software programming of test control for static and dynamic tests. - Static and fatigue test specification definition based on international standards. - Structural analysis of wind blades with finite element method for fatigue tests conditions. - Dimensional analysis of products and molds from laser scan data. - Definition and execution of coupons tests to define mechanical properties of composite materials.
