KTT specialized in the deployment of open health solutions, encompassing direct consumer digital solutions, solutions for patient tracking and elearning for health workers as well as global performance tracking. We have designed the global implementations of Fos Feminista, IPPF, JHPIEGO & PSI using DHIS2. We have developed over 20 web-based DHIS applications, contributed to the DHIS2 core codebase as well as provided the vision and design for DHIS2's new generation Android App.For eLearning we work with Moodle, and have supported the deployment at three Ministry of Health in Africa, as well as the use of Moodle as a corporate eLearning platform for iNGOs.As part of the direct consumer digital interventions, we developed bots that interacts with a variety of backends, to bring together a seamless rich user experience. More recently, we are piloting a GenAI bot agent for a Health Project.

Business Development and consultant across multiple projects, in particular non-profit performance management. Significant outcomes include the development and presentation of a Business Plan for a NonProfit Management System (2006), and the design of a M&E System (MERIT, 2009)

I spearhead and implemented a Web strategy based in three components: an Intranet for the IPPF Secretariat, an Extranet for the Federation (140+ country offices) and a public Web site. The extranet evolved into a Results-based management system where programmatic, financial and results/performance information is captured directly at the field level and used for management, reporting and information sharing among member countries on a global basis. I was the architect of the solution as well as the co-director of the implementation. As of early 2012, the system is fully active, and I'm participating on its refresh as an external consultant. I was also responsible for the cost-effective running of the CIT of Secretariat, a user base of 200+ persons/ 6 remote sites.
