French contemporary artist who has participated in several exhibitions in France and abroad with his "Obsessions Vectorielles" in the form of sculptures, paintings and videos.Rodolphe Barsikian studied graphic design in Paris at the Institut Supérieur des Arts Appliqués (LISAA), following studies at the Ecole Professionnelle Supérieure d'Arts Graphiques (EPSAA).His computer-generated compositions, drawn in "vector format", draw on specific patterns that the artist weaves together, linking them with an emotional thread.He has chosen to work digitally, with a view to dematerializing the graphic material that is the central aesthetic theme of his work. Si son écran d’ordinateur a supplanté la toile du peintre, c’est à la main qu’il crée sur cet outil toutes les formes, tous les tracés qui orientent ses créations.
