Overall management of NETL Research Support Services Contract, in support of DOE's National Energy Technology Laboratory in Albany OR, Morgantown WV, and Pittsburgh PA. The RSS contract comprises personnel, facilities, equipment, materials, supplies, and services in support of NETL. NETL plays a role in protecting the environment and enhancing the nation’s energy independence as it performs basic and applied energy research as well as technology development for coal, natural gas and oil to provide clean, reliable and affordable energy. The Leidos Research Support Team (LRST) provides leadership for the RSS program, providing on-site staff for logistical and research support, business development, financial management and research.

Manager of the Energy Business Line in Battelle’s Infrastructure & Environment Business Unit. Approximately 55 technical, project management, and business development staff for the Energy business line. These staff, working with working with colleagues from across Battelle, execute projects in the areas of oil and gas exploration and production services, carbon capture/utilization/storage, pipeline integrity management services, energy technology assessment, development, testing, and computational modeling for government and commercial clients. Responsible for group’s strategic planning for business development, staffing plans, and profit/loss.
