Position: Member | IT ManagerKey Responsibilities:• Provide IT maintenance and installations for SAB Miller South Africa depots and Coin Security within Northern Kwa-Zulu Natal and Free State.• Provide networking, IT support and maintenance for local (Sme) Small and medium enterprises within the Northern Natal region.• Assist local customer base with IT procurement including specifying appropriate hardware, networking devices, printers as well as all software and programme upgrades.• Provide detailed and accurate costing to clients for the direct supply of all IT infrastructure and effectively managing the delivery and installation.• Maintaining and implementing of notebooks, desktops, printers and network technologies.• Scheduled visits to customers (both business and home) to provide on-site and remote IT support.• Liaise effectively with suppliers in handling of stock, customer queries and managing implementation timelines.• Handled all aspects of the business from marketing and advertising to business administration and finance.
