    Doist is the maker of Todoist, a to-do list app that is used by over 10 million users worldwide, one of the best productivity apps and featured in many different outlets.They also have Twist, an app for mindful communication that would be a place where you could have asynchronous conversations with your teammates.Both apps were made by the own team’s experience.While working there I was able to have a meaningful connection with our customers and replying to their needs accordingly.This took place on Zendesk as well as Buffer Reply for social media. If needed, Skype was also used to understand the user’s issue better and have an awesome experience with us.This whole experience was in a remote environment, mostly replying to Portuguese and English speaking users.All of this work helped us understand how we would change the help center for Todoist and how to shape Twist’s help center.In that sense, I helped with the structuring as well as creating some of the articles featured in the help center. I also helped to translate and create content for Todoist’s official blog for both the international and brazilian markets specifically.Below you can find some of my translations and an article created for Todoist.

    GuiaBolso is a finance startup that helps over 3 million users on how to manage their money with their app. The company has educational material on their blog as well as on a youtube channel. It also helps by providing loans at a lower cost for users who need to pay their debts.While I worked at GuiaBolso I had our customer in mind. In that sense I strived for the best experience they could have with us. I had over 94% approval on my replies to customers and while having the understanding that a frictionless experience through customer service is needed, I was able to give a first reply to the user in less than half a day. Moreover, with less than 48 hours resolution time per month, I was able to accomplish more than 25% of the total number of solved tickets each month on average.For a brief period of time I got to spend some time working on social media content and planning those posts every week as well as reply to users directly from those channels.

    Desce Pro Play is a Youtube channel focused on gameplay video with great influencers behind it. They had over 80.000 subscribers and a very engaged audience.The biggest challenge was to create awareness for the brand through social media, grow those channels and their importance in the business as well as growing the channel. During my work there I helped with the planning, creation, and management of content in all of the platforms they were in (Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube).Through the coordination of the platforms, I was replying and interacting with viewers on a daily basis and creating content based on the analytics and insights of those channels.All of this work helped the channel grow over 60% of the subscriber count - and get the 100k subscribers silver play button from YT - as well as an increase in average view duration to over 10 minutes per video.On Facebook, the official page grew over 67% in likes and engagement rates were 15% on average, with Twitter following closely behind to around 8% engagement on tweets as well as a 120% increase in followers.

They have over 18 million songs and licensing contracts with tons of record labels and work with top players in the music streaming industry such as Spotify, Deezer, and iTunes.I worked there for 2 years as an intern and then 3 months as a marketing assistant.I helped with editorial planning for the ClaroMúsica website content, such as playlists.I also did the curatorship of songs for almost all of the 16 countries the service is available and created playlists based on those top hitting songs for ClaroMúsica.This helped with the sales development of ClaroMúsica and all of the content that was available through it.

    Vitamina is a project from UFF - Universidade Federal Fluminense - the college I graduated from - that engaged advertising students to work in a 3 day event with tons of professionals from the field helping creating networks and bring value to the event.During the time I was part of the project I was fortunate to work with Marinha do Brasil in a strategy for Operação Verão 2012/2013 - an operation that lasted the whole summer about the dangers of the sea, how to prevent any issues, being aware of any irregularities with boats and jet skies and prevent accidents. This was a nationwide campaign and we helped create hot sites and landing pages as well as outdoors, posters and other materials for offline communication. We also helped creating content for social media during the whole campaign.The campaign was a huge success, we had over 29 thousands visits to the Operação Verão’s website, a growth in the number of likes on the Marinha do Brasil’s Facebook page, over 93 thousand new likes during the campaign.Better yet, Operação Verão lead to an increase of 52% in the number of inspections and 94% increase in boat apprehension from December of 2012 to March 2013.
