Providing HSE support to HSE Manager

• To assist the Safety manager in running operation at RNO• To supervise Mining contractor • To oversee drilling and charging operations safety

• Participate in high potential incident investigations and identify areas for improvement, and ensure relevant alerts are sent to Safety Manager for group circulation.• Assist in compiling monthly reports from all operations on site.• Support management & supervisor development training programs and establish high standards of safety performance for management.• Support the organizational culture of FQM (Bolder, Smarter and Driven) and actively promote its translation in terms of safety related activity

• Manage site emergencies• Prepare emergency equipment's and facilities• Conduct inspections on emergency equipment• Produce reports on all injuries on duty and any other work place illnesses• Work with Safety officer in managing industrial Hygiene

• Instructing student nurses in work place procedures• Teaching student nurses in clinical medicine• Conducting workplace practical’s for student nurses• Taking student nurses for rural practical experience• Conducting practical and written exams for student nurses.
